UK Tracked Next Working Day delivery is available on orders placed before 7:00 PM, Monday - Thursday - £7.00. 

UK Tracked Economy shipping is 2-4 working days - £5 (or free for orders over £100).

Returning your item 

Easy returns on all UK orders. 

Full priced items - You have 30 days from date you receive your goods to return your order.

Discounted / Sale / Archive items - You have 14 days from date you receive your goods to return your order.

Making a UK return or exchange? It's now even easier with our paperless process. Please head to our UK returns portal here to start the process.  

Goods must be returned within 30 days (or 14 days for sale items), from when they were received in their original condition with all tags still attached. Any time after 30 or 14 days or if the original condition is not met we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges. Returns will be refunded to the same method of payment.

Your return must be made from the country your order was shipped to originally and cannot be returned from another country.

GOODS HAVE TO PLEASE ARRIVE WITH US WITHIN THE 30 DAY WINDOW. REQUESTING YOUR RETURN OUTSIDE THE 30 DAYS DOES NOT COUNT.

Items are refunded to your original method of payment when they reach our warehouse and pass through our usual processing steps, which may take up to 14 days from the day the items were received due to the time of the year. Return transactions are usually instant, but in some cases there can be clearance delays. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date the refund is issued for your return to be credited to your original payment method.

Returns that we receive in a damaged condition will be investigated. Percival hold the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange for garments that are returned damaged.
