|This role drives the store sales in line with financial objectives set through a premium level of customer service skills.|
|The candidate will need to have excellent people skills and work alongside the store team to help drive sales.|
|- Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales and assist with sales demands of the shop floor.|
- Exceed expectations in delivering premium customer service to new and returning customers.
- To be an ambassador of Percival and have an understanding of the brand values, in which you can translate this to customers entering the store.
- Use initiative to make decisions and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
- Ensure the store is achieving targets both commercially and operationally.
- Maintaining store standards. Assisting with the visual merchandising, regularly updating mannequins and generally keeping the store tidy.
- You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.
