PURPOSE
Percival is a 10 year old predominantly Menswear brand, based in Hackney Wick. With a growing legion of fans including celebrities, Chris Evans, The Rock, Paul Mescal to name just three. Percival are seeking a Production Coordinator to join their growing team. The position will take responsibility, under the supervision of the Product Director, for the development of product ranges consistent with the Percival brand. Organisational skills are key and will be at the forefront of the position and help to drive success. The ideal candicate will have two to three years experience in a similar role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplier Management - Manage supplier communication, ensuring communication is timely and efficient - Continually assess supplier base, building strong relationships to deliver best price, quality product consistent with Percival brand values, reliability and lead times. - Feedback from suppliers to Product Director and Design - Timely delivery of on brand product - Regular supplier visits for quality control Critical path management - Seasonal set up of company critical path - Manages critical path process to achieve delivery deadlines, taking appropriate actions to avoid delays - Problem solves any issues, informing Product Director of any issues that will cause late deliveries - Implementation and updating of all aspects of product info into company systems Product Development - Responsibility from design pack to delivery - Implementation of garment specs - Management of labelling and packaging BOMs - Management of samples - Management of testing process - fabric and samples - Product developed in line with the critical path and brand values - Collaboration with buying and design on product development - Fit and risk assessment on products - Understanding and technical knowledge of fabrics and garments - Supporting the team - Clear and timely communication - Keeping management informed - Contribute to brand strategy - Drivers licence preferable as you will be visiting London suppliers
