What is The Membership?

The Membership is our loyalty programme that rewards you for shopping with us. As you spend, you'll receive points and will be able to use those points for perks, discounts, early access to new collections and archive sales.
How do I earn points?

You will receive 1 point for every £1 you spend with us. You can also earn points from creating an account, signing up to our newsletter or sms, and leaving us review. There will also be days throughout the year where you can earn double points!
Why are my points different to the amount I spent?

If you are shopping with us from outside of the UK, your points may differ to the value of your basket at checkout. All orders are converted to GBP at the point of sale, and that is the number of points you will receive after the 30 day returns window has closed.
How do I use my points?

From your loyalty account area, you can redeem points and will be given instructions on how to claim your reward. Any issues, please reach out to us at hello@percivalclo.com, quoting "loyalty" in the subject, and we'll be happy to help.
Do my points expire?

Your points will expire after 12 months of no activity. As long as you order something through our website within 12 months, then they will not expire. You'll be reminded via email when your points are nearing their expiration date so you have plenty of time to use them up.
Will I be downgraded from my tier by redeeming points?

Your tier status is calculated on points accumulated in the past year, you will not be downgraded a tier for redeeming points.
What can I use my discount codes on?

You can exchange your points for discounts off products. These discount codes will shown in GPB, and only apply to full priced items only and not sale.
Can I use my points with a discount code?

Your points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code but you will still earn points on every order you make.
How long does it take to receive my points?

Your points will be pending for the returns window of the order, 30 days. Once the return window has closed, your points will be released into your account. This stops ordering just to earn points and returning the clothes. If you have any questions or queries around this, please contact hello@percivalclo.com quoting "loyalty" in the subject.
Do I need to join The Membership if I am already a customer?

Your Membership account is linked to your existing account with us. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one via our sign up page.
Does referring a friend earn me points?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer points for referring a friend, but the referal scheme is still live. Go get your 30 for 30.
