Honduras 72 Hour Fermentation Coffee Beans
- Features: After hand-harvesting, coffee cherries are placed in sealed barrels to ferment, enhancing the sweetness of the beans. After fermentation, the cherries are solar-dried for 29 days, carefully maintaining the right moisture content to preserve their flavour. Producer Balbino Cortez Pérez prioritises sustainability, maintaining plant health through organic fertilizers made from coffee pulp. The family also plant trees annually for restoration.
