Our mission at Percival is always to make quality garments at prices that our demographic can afford. This means sometimes we make abroad at factories we trust. This fabric is woven in Japan by the masters of nep (speckled) soft brushed weaves and prints. The garment is finished with coconut shell buttons.
If our product doesn't fit or there is something wrong please don't hesitate to return it to us within 14 days for a full refund (unless see para below) if the product is unused and the orange security tag is unbroken. Check out more detail on our Returns Page.
If goods are purchased on sale or with a discount code (apart from the signup 10% off), or as part of a discounted deal eg, spend x and receive £x off. We will only issue a credit note or exchange. Not a full refund. We make limited runs and are a small brand so cannot offer the flexibility of our sizeable competitors.
We will not accept returns if it has shrunk, it has been rigorously wash tested and has to be washed COLD. People often do a cold wash but their machine has a HOT INTAKE so the machine wont accurately gauge water temperature. If in doubt dry clean.
