Please note - Clearance items (January Sale) shipping to USA, Canada and Australia cannot be returned for a refund. All clearance item sales are final from 26.12.23 to these countries.
If you’d like to make an exchange, please click ‘replacement’ when you are creating your return online. If you could also write on your invoice what item you want to exchange, our team will know how to proceed once this arrives with us.
We kindly ask you to use Percival's free returns label system for any International returns - this ensures a free return for you and access to tracking for our customer service. If you use an alternative option to return, we cannot guarantee shipping time or tracking.
Your return must be made from the country your order was shipped to originally and cannot be returned from another country.
If your return isn't listed as free, then a subsidised cost which will be deducted from your final refund. We have arranged this in the hope it will make it cheaper and easier than using your normal postal service. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
GOODS HAVE TO ARRIVE WITH US WITHIN THE 30 DAY WINDOW. ONLY REQUESTING YOUR RETURN WITHIN THE 30 DAYS DOES NOT COUNT.
Items are refunded to your original method of payment when they reach our warehouse and pass through our usual processing steps, which may take up to 28 days from the day the items were received due to the time of the year. Return transactions are usually instant, but in some cases there can be clearance delays. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date the refund is issued for your return to be credited to your original payment method.
Returns that we receive in a damaged condition will be investigated. Percival hold the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange for garments that are returned damaged.
