What is The Membership?

The Membership is our loyalty programme that rewards you for shopping with us. As you spend, you'll receive coins and will be able to use those coins for perks, discounts, early access to new collections and archive sales.
How do I earn coins?

You will receive 1 coin for every £1 you spend with us. You can also earn coins from creating an account, signing up to our newsletter or sms, and leaving us review. There will also be days throughout the year where you can earn double coins!
Why are my coins different to the amount I spent?

If you are shopping with us from outside of the UK, your coins may differ to the value of your basket at checkout. All orders are converted to GBP at the point of sale, and that is the number of coins you will receive after the 30 day returns window has closed.
How do I use my coins?

From your loyalty account area or at checkout, you can redeem coins for discounts or PerciBonds and will be given instructions on how to claim your reward. Any issues, please reach out to us at hello@percivalclo.com, quoting "loyalty" in the subject, and we'll be happy to help.
Can I get more then one PerciBond at a time?

Yes you can, you'll be able to add one PerciBond to your basket in exchange for 50 coins. If you'd like to add more than one, you need to refresh the Rewards page and add again. You'll notice if you try and up the quantity in your basket, you'll be charged, so please go via the rewards page to make sure it's free and coins are deducted correctly.
Do my coins expire?

Yes, your coins will expire after 12 months. You'll be reminded via email when your coins are nearing their expiration date so you have plenty of time to use them up.
What can I use my discount codes on?

You can exchange your coins for discounts off products at checkout. These discount codes will shown in GPB, and only apply to full priced items only and not sale.
Can I use my coins with a discount code?

Your coins cannot be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code but you will still earn coins on every order you make.

How long does it take to receive my coins?
+
Your coins will be pending for the returns window of the order, 30 days. Once the return window has closed, your coins will be released into your account. This stops ordering just to earn coins and returning the clothes. If you have any questions or queries around this, please contact hello@percivalclo.com quoting "loyalty" in the subject.
Do I need to join The Membership if I am already a customer?

Your Membership account is linked to your existing account with us. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one by downloading your digital membership card.
Does referring a friend earn me coins?

Yes! You'll earn 100 coins for each friend you refer when they place their first order, and they'll then earn 100 coins too.
What's the best way to refer friends?
+
We recommend you download your digital membership card to your wallet, there you have access to your personal QR code which friends can then scan to sign up and shop.
