How do I process a return or exchange?

It's now even easier to exchange or return your order. Please head to our UK returns portal here to start the process.

Does my return window start when I receive my package?

You have 21 days from date you receive your goods to return your order

We need to receive the order within the 21 day window for you to be eligble for a refund or exchange.

How can you guarantee my exchange request will be in stock?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your requested exchange item will be in stock by the time it reaches our warehouse. In cases where stock is low online, we highly reccommend purchasing the item you know you would like, and request a refund for the unwanted item!

Where is my refund?

Items are refunded to your original method of payment when they reach our warehouse and pass through our usual processing steps, which may take up to 28 days from the day the items were received due to the time of the year.


Return transactions are usually instant, but in some cases there can be clearance delays. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date the refund is issued for your return to be credited to your original payment method.

Can I exchange / return in store?

Yes! If you are inside the returns window, you can make an exchange or return in store :)

Can I exchange if I am an international customer?

Yes! Please click 'replacement' when making your return, and include a note in your package with how you would like to proceed.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We certainly do! If you are having issues checking out, please click on the flag in the top right hand corner of the website and you can change the shipping to your country!

Please follow the individual care instructions included on the label of each garment and online. Please note that not all garments require the same care process.

How do I know what size to order?

Please use the "size" section on each product page to find the most accurate measurements for each garment. If you can't find this, you can always use the Fit Guide guide at the bottom of the page.
