Sales and Promos
Promo codes are certain percentages off items across the Percival site (excluding sale items and collaborations). Only one discount code can be used at one time.
Jersey bundle offer: please be aware that only one discount can be applied per order. Discounts will only be applied to full priced items and cannot be combined with other promotions or on-sale items. Should you have any queries in relation to this then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the customer service team will be more than happy to assist you further.
The promos cannot be retrospectively deducted from orders made before the launch date.

UK Tracked Next Working Day delivery is available on orders placed before 7pm, Monday - Thursday - £7.00.
UK Tracked Economy shipping is 2-8 working days - £5 (or free for orders over £100).

Duties and Taxes
Brexit update - Following the recent changes in trading agreements within the EU, we have opted to absorb any additional duties and charges applied at customs clearance. This means that whatever you pay at the checkout will be all you have to pay, so no nasty surprises :)
For countries outside of the EU, duties may be applied to your order. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. These will be calculated at the checkout.
Full priced items: you have 30 days from date you receive your goods to return your order.
Discounted / Sale / Archive items: you have 14 days from date you receive your goods to return your order.
Goods must be returned within 30 days (for full priced) or 14 days (for discounted items) from when they were received in their original condition with all tags still attached. Any time after 30 or 14 days or if the original condition is not met we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges. We aim to process returns within 5 working days from when they arrive back with us, but please allow longer during busy periods. Returns will be refunded to the same method of payment.

GOODS HAVE TO ARRIVE WITH US WITHIN THE 30 DAY WINDOW. ONLY REQUESTING YOUR RETURN WITHIN THE 30 DAYS DOES NOT COUNT.
If you would like to return your order via an alternative method we will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Note, purchases made in store, can only be returned in store.
We will not accept returns if it has shrunk, everything has been rigorously wash tested and has to be according to the care label and no other instruction. Machine wash indications - people often do a cold wash but their machine has a HOT INTAKE so the machine wont accurately gauge water temperature. If in doubt, dry clean.
You can return goods you have ordered from us if stock is not satisfactory or which does not correspond with its description or which fails to comply with any other item implied by the sale of Goods Act 1979.
Gift Cards and Credit Notes
We offer both physical and e-gift cards which can be purchased online. The digital gift code and physical card will be sent to the customer details entered in the checkout.
Valid for 12 months, value doesn't apply to shipping, if you don't use the whole amount at once, the remaining amount can be used at a later date.
Please note that gift cards are non refundable.
Discounts and deals
Discount codes should be applied on the final checkout page. If you use express checkout (Paypal, Amazon or Apple) it will bypass the checkout process and you will not be able to apply your discount. Only one discount/deal can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied to past orders.
Changing or cancelling your order
Unfortunately, all orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse cannot be amended. This is inclusive of delivery address, the items within the delivery, and any other changes to the specifications of your order. We appreciate your understanding. The cookies being used by Mention Me for the programme are not marketing cookies: rather, they are strictly necessary for the operation of the platform and the provision of the programme so there should be no requirement for a user to accept or ‘consent to’ all cookies before the Mention Me cookies are dropped or tags loaded.
The cookies / tags placed during the referral process give the ability to:
- Identify a unique browser in our referral flow. This is used to prevent fraudulent use of the referral programme;
- Support customers clicking on share links and being successfully redirected to the right landing page (if that feature is used)
- Allow site visitors to close pop-ups/corner peels displayed on the site, to prevent a dissatisfactory browsing experience;
- Ensure that where there is more than one possible offer, a returning site visitor isn’t shown a different offer each time.
These are all “strictly necessary” for the referral programme to function effectively. As such, consent is not required under either PECR or GDPR. The same is true in terms of Mention Me’s processing of personal data during the provision of the programme: Mention Me acts as a data processor, under our instructions and on the basis of legitimate interests, not consent.

- One winner will be determined at random from all entries. Only one entry per person.
- $2000 gift card, which can be redeemed in store or online. The prize is non-transferable, and no alternative is available.
- The promoter reserves to right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
- The competition will begin on 21st November and will close on the 16th October. No exceptions.
- The winner will be contacted via email.
- In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours to the winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
