The classic negroni. Made for the Cowboy Count of course. Count Camillo Negroni had spent time in America working as a cowboy and a gambler. Back in Florence, he asked his friend and bartender, Fosco Scarselli, to strengthen his favourite cocktail, the Americano, changing the soda for gin - the rest is delicious.
