Description
Tailored, but not terribly uptight. The Blake Double Pleated Tailored Trousers are cut in a textured grey birdseye wool blend with a clean drape, double pleats up front and side adjusters at the waist for when a belt feels a bit too shouty.

Q: What is birdseye wool, and why does it work so well in tailoring?
A: Birdseye wool is a micro-patterned suiting fabric woven with tiny contrasting dots that create subtle depth and texture. From afar it reads clean and polished; up close it has a bit more to say for itself.
- Why is it good for tailoring? Because it does the smart bit without being flat or fussy. The texture helps disguise daily wear, holds up well, and gives classic tailoring a little more character.
- The Percival Spin: Think proper suit fabric, just less boardroom and more bar reservation. Wear it with a tie if you must, but we rather like it with a ribbed vest, open shirt or relaxed knit doing the talking.
