Perci’s Seersucker Suits feature that same structure and thin shoulder pads, as well as back vents built into the design to give extra breathability. They’re made with 100% cotton, as seersucker should be. The secret here is that puckering that seersucker is defined by, lifting the fabric from the skin and allowing airflow throughout.
