ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for an experienced and personable Sales Assistant to represent Percival across our retail locations (Soho, Spitalfields, and Covent Garden). You’ll play a key role in creating a considered customer experience, while making sure the shop floor and day-to-day running of the space are always up to scratch. This is a multi-faceted role that combines customer service, sales and logistical operations. You’ll be confident engaging with customers, responding to a busy flow of enquiries and making sure every interaction feels helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. You’ll also take pride in the presentation of the store and act as a trusted representative of the brand in everything you do.

You’ll have previous retail experience and a genuine interest in menswear, with a good feel for the brands, products and wider culture shaping the space we're in. We’re looking for someone who is: Confident, capable and naturally personable. Knowledgeable about menswear, with a genuine interest in the fashion industry. Comfortable working in a busy retail environment and managing multiple customer needs at once. Positive and approachable, with the ability to stay calm, helpful and engaged when things get busy. Detail-oriented, with a strong instinct for presentation and maintaining high standards, both personally and in their immediate environment. Practical and proactive, happy to take care of the operational side of the role as well as customer-facing responsibilities. Proud to represent Percival and contribute to how it is experienced in person by our fantastic customers.
